Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen hash browns or chopped fresh potato
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 jar pimento
  • milk
  • Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli and chopped potatoes in a small amount of water until tender.
  2. Add the Cheddar cheese soup, canned corn, and pimento to the cooked vegetables.
  3. Add milk to taste, using about 3 cups or more, until desired creaminess is achieved.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Serve individual portions with Tabasco sauce as desired.
