Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen broccoli
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 1 cup grated American cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can onion rings

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli until almost tender and place it in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Combine the water chestnuts, grated American cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and evaporated milk. Mix well.
  3. Pour the cheese mixture over the cooked broccoli in the casserole dish.
  4. Top the casserole with onion rings.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until heated through and the topping is crispy.
