Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1 lb. firm white fish
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 toasted sun dried tomato bagels
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place cooked broccoli in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  2. Lay the firm white fish on top of the broccoli.
  3. Blend the cream of broccoli soup with milk and pour over the fish and broccoli.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the soup mixture.
  5. Mix melted butter with seasoning and crumbled toasted sun-dried tomato bagels, then sprinkle evenly over the top.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
