Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 long French bread
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/4 pound Swiss cheese, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic salt in a bowl.
  2. Slice the French bread lengthwise and spread the cut sides with margarine.
  3. Layer Swiss cheese and the tuna mixture between the bread halves.
  4. Wrap the assembled sandwich in foil and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
