Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked broccoli
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 slices bread (made into crumbs)
  • 2 oz grated hard cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small baking dish, cover cooked broccoli with beaten eggs.
  3. Add bread crumbs and grated hard cheese on top of the broccoli.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
