Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 c Minute rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 c Cheez Whiz
  • 1 c cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Pour hot water over the frozen broccoli and let it steam briefly.
  2. Drain the broccoli well.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine the Minute rice, Cheez Whiz, cream of chicken soup, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving.
