Ingredients

  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed mushroom soup
  • 10 oz. package frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 cup minute rice
  • 8 oz. jar process cheese spread
  • 1 cup french fried onions
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix together the condensed mushroom soup, thawed and drained frozen broccoli, minute rice, process cheese spread, half of the french fried onions, and water in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with the remaining french fried onions.
  6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
