Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1 pound Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 to 2 cans chopped green chilies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until light.
  3. Add the baking powder, flour, and salt to the eggs and mix well.
