Ingredients

  • 10 oz. broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Heat the broccoli until tender.
  2. In a bowl, blend together the cream of mushroom soup, Cheez Whiz or Velveeta cheese, cooked rice, and milk until smooth.
  3. Mix the blended cheese mixture with the heated broccoli.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
