Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen broccoli spears
  • 3 to 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Partially steam cook the broccoli spears.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  3. Add mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese to the beaten egg whites.
  4. Whip the mixture to a stiff consistency.
