Creamy and cheesy broccoli potato bake combines tender sliced potatoes with a rich broccoli soup and melted cheese, perfect for comforting family dinners or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Place sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
  2. Arrange butter slices on top of the potatoes.
  3. Pour the can of cream of broccoli soup over the potatoes.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from the oven.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Return to the oven until the cheese melts.
