Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ham, cut bite-size
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Brown the ham in margarine.
  2. Add garlic and tomatoes with liquid, then add broccoli and onion.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with tortillas or pita bread.
