Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. light sour cream
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 c. broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Prepare a dip by combining the light sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and chopped fresh basil in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Cut each carrot in half widthwise and then into four lengthwise pieces to create the trunks.
  3. Assemble the broccoli trees by laying three carrot pieces side by side for the trunk and placing broccoli florets on top as the leaves.
  4. Spread the prepared dip under the carrot trunks to resemble the forest floor and serve.
