Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • fresh garlic to taste
  • crushed red pepper to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. Italian pasta

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry broccoli, garlic, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper in olive oil until broccoli is cooked to your liking.
  2. While stir-frying, cook and drain the pasta.
  3. Combine the cooked broccoli and pasta, including the spices and olive oil.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese to taste before serving.
