Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli and drain well.
  2. Melt 1 stick of margarine and the Velveeta cheese, then mix with the broccoli.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, top with crumbled Ritz crackers mixed with the remaining stick of margarine.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
