Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced green onion

Instructions

  1. Arrange fish fillets in a broiler pan.
  2. Brush the fillets with lime juice.
  3. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, margarine, and minced green onion in a small bowl.
  5. Mix well until smooth.
  6. Spread the mixture over the broiled fillets.
  7. Broil for an additional 2 minutes.
