Ingredients

  • 2 fish steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • dash black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except fish in a bowl.
  2. Add fish steaks to the marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours or more, turning occasionally.
  3. Preheat broiler and position rack 3 inches from heat source.
  4. Broil fish for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
