Instructions

  1. Cut lobster tails down through the middle of the hard shell with a sharp knife.
  2. Grasp the tail in both hands and open it flat.
  3. Spread softened butter or margarine over the lobster meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails 4 inches below the preheated broiler heat source.
  5. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on the heat.
