Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 package chopped broccoli
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk and bread crumbs.
  2. Let stand a few minutes, then stir in tuna, onion, salt, lemon juice, and broccoli into the mixture.
  3. Grease a loaf pan and pour the mixture in.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
