Ingredients

  • 3 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 15 slices French bread
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion

Instructions

  1. Arrange bread slices on a foil-lined 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Broil bread about 4 inches from the heat until lightly toasted.
  3. Sprinkle half the cheese and half the green onions evenly over the toasted bread slices.
  4. Top each with a slice of pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and green onions over the pepperoni.
  6. Broil for 1 minute or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
