Juicy, flavorful broiled shrimp coated in a buttery lemon-garlic parsley sauce, perfect for seafood lovers and elegant gatherings with a balance of citrus and herb notes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking pan, one tucked alongside the next.
  2. Melt butter and add lemon juice, garlic powder, and parsley.
  3. Pour three-quarters of this sauce over the shrimp.
  4. Broil about 5 inches from heat for 4 minutes, turning extra large shrimp and broiling a few extra minutes if needed.
  5. Baste with remaining sauce and serve.
