Broiled Stuffed Tomato

Ingredients

  • 2 tomato halves, seeds removed
  • 3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 oz. nonfat hard cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese together.
  2. Fill tomato halves with bread crumb mixture.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Broil in oven for about 5 minutes.
  5. May need to cut off broiler and bake about 5 to 10 minutes.
