Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken wings into three parts and discard the tips.
  2. Sprinkle the wings with garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
  3. Stir-fry the wings in oil until almost cooked through.
  4. Add soy sauce and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Serve the wings over rice.
