Instructions
- Cut each baked potato in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the insides of each potato half.
- Spread the inside of each shell with melted margarine and sprinkle with salt.
- Fill each potato shell with shredded Monterey cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Broil in the oven until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
- Serve topped with sour cream and chopped green onion tops.
