A refreshing, boozy frozen slush with citrus and tea flavors, perfect for summer parties or relaxing evenings with friends who enjoy a sweet, spirited treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 7 c. water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
  • 2 c. brandy

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and water together; let cool.
  2. Add tea bags to boiling water and steep.
  3. Remove tea bags.
  4. When the first mixture is cool, add the tea water, frozen lemonade, frozen orange juice, and brandy.
  5. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze.
  6. When ready to serve, scoop the slush into old-fashioned glasses.
  7. Fill the glasses to the top.
  8. Pour 7-Up over each glass and serve with a straw.
