Sweet and gooey brown sugar and cinnamon biscuits with a peanut butter twist, perfect for a quick snack or comforting dessert enjoyed by all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pan, mix brown sugar, water, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla; stir until sugar and butter are melted.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 8 or 9-inch square pan.
  4. Separate the biscuits and flatten each to about 3 inches in length.
  5. Spread peanut butter onto each flattened biscuit.
  6. Twist each biscuit 3 or 4 times to enclose the filling.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 3 minutes, then remove from the pan.
