- Brown link sausages, cut into small pieces, and drain on paper towels.
- Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk.
- Cube the bread and add to the egg mixture along with shredded cheese.
- Add the cooked sausage pieces to the mixture and combine well.
- Pour everything into a casserole or flat baking pan.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 300°F (150°C) for 1 1/2 hours until set and golden.
