Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 can drained diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 0.25 stick melted oleo
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients: eggs, drained diced tomatoes, sour cream, melted oleo, and grated sharp cheese.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
  4. Alternatively, bake for 25 minutes, freeze, then bake for an additional 25 minutes on the day of serving.
