Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 5 cups cooked winter squash (1 large butternut)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prick the bottom and sides of the unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake in a 400°F oven until golden.
  3. Ensure the squash is mashed.
