Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 12 oz. pkg. noodles
  • 2 small cans red kidney beans
  • 3 cans tomato soup
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground chuck until the meat is crumbled and cooked through.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground chuck, drained noodles, red kidney beans, tomato soup, diced onion, sugar, and garlic powder.
  5. Mix well and transfer to a casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle grated sharp cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
