Ingredients

  • 2 lb. leftover venison roast
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. Place the leftover venison roast in a food processor.
  2. Grind the meat until finely chopped.
  3. Add the chopped sweet pickles to the food processor.
  4. Grind again until combined, then add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and mustard.
  5. Mix until the spread is smooth and well blended.
  6. Spread on toasted bread and serve as a sandwich.
