Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 lb. 4x sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, peanut butter, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Beat the mixture vigorously until smooth and creamy.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with paraffin until smooth.
  5. Dip the chilled peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate using toothpicks.
  6. Place the dipped balls on wax paper to set and store in the refrigerator.
