Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • tortilla chips
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta Mexican pasteurized process cheese spread with jalapeno pepper, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, guacamole, and sour cream, mixing until well blended.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto a serving platter.
  3. Top the spread with tortilla chips.
  4. In a saucepan, melt Velveeta cheese with milk until smooth.
  5. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, sliced green onions, and sliced ripe olives over the top before serving.
