Your Own Salsa

A creamy, flavorful salsa dip featuring cream cheese, fresh vegetables, and shredded cheese, perfect for parties, gatherings, or casual snacking with crunchy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 scallions
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese
  • 1 large bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese.
  2. Spread the cream cheese onto a dinner plate.
  3. In a bowl, combine the salsa and chopped vegetables.
  4. Mix the salsa and vegetables together.
  5. Pour the salsa mixture on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Arrange tortilla chips around the outside of the plate.
  8. Serve immediately.
