Bulgur Meat Loaf

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a mixing bowl, slightly beat egg white.
- Stir in milk, oats, uncooked bulgur, onion salt, sage and pepper. Add beef; mix well. Shape mixture into loaf in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until meat is well done.
- Transfer meat to platter. Brush top with preserves or marmalade.
- Slice to serve.
- Also serve baby carrots and tossed salad. Serves 4.
