Bumpy Pancakes

- Preheat griddle.
- Finely chop apple.
- Pour lemon juice over apple to prevent browning.
- Beat together eggs, milk, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
- Add bread cubes, apple and raisins.
- Stir in baking powder.
- Drop by spoonfuls or 1/4 cup dry measuring cup onto greased and preheated griddle.
- Bake until small bubbles appear; then turn over and bake until golden brown. Makes approximately 1 dozen pancakes.
