Ingredients

  • 1 can vegeburger
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 3 cups coarsely grated cabbage
  • 3 Tbsp. raw rice

Instructions

  1. Saute burger in oil until lightly browned.
  2. Add chopped onion, salt, and rice; cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer.
  3. Mix in tomato soup and water; stir thoroughly and remove from heat.
  4. Place shredded cabbage in a casserole dish.
  5. Pour the burger mixture over the cabbage, ensuring it is completely covered (do not stir).
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
