Ingredients

  • flour tortillas
  • cheddar cheese
  • chili (hot dog sauce)
  • pinto beans

Instructions

  1. Place pinto beans in a skillet; mash and cook on low to medium heat until smooth, but not sticky thick.
  2. Remove from heat. Warm the hot dog sauce in the same pan.
  3. Shred the cheddar cheese.
  4. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of mashed pinto beans in the center of a flour tortilla.
  5. Add a layer of hot dog sauce and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and roll up tightly to enclose the filling.
