Ingredients

  • oleo
  • cookies
  • fudge sauce
  • peanuts
  • vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Add crushed cookies, reserving 3/4 cup for the top of the dessert.
  3. Mix the crushed cookies and oleo, then pat gently to form the bottom crust.
  4. Add softened vanilla ice cream over the crust and smooth it out.
  5. Freeze until firm.
  6. Cover the ice cream layer with fudge sauce.
  7. Sprinkle peanuts over the fudge sauce.
  8. Spread Cool Whip over the peanuts.
  9. Sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs on top.
  10. Freeze again until ready to serve.
  11. Thaw for 20 minutes before serving.
