- In a medium skillet with oil, cut the sausage into thin round pieces and fry until done. Remove and drain.
- Add chopped potatoes and onions to the skillet.
- Cook on medium-high heat with enough water to create steam. Keep adding water as needed.
- Cover and cook until the water evaporates and the potatoes and onions are tender.
- Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet.
- Simmer everything together for an additional 15 minutes.
