Ingredients

  • 1 lb. margarine
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend margarine and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla, flour, and chopped nuts, then blend well.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
  4. Roll the chilled dough into balls and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Cool the cookies for 1 minute, then roll them in powdered sugar.
  6. Place on paper towels to cool completely.
