- In the same skillet, brown the butterfly pork chops in olive oil.
- After browning, add the sautéed vegetables back into the skillet with the pork chops.
- Pour in the tomato sauce.
- Simmer covered for at least 2 hours.
- Cook angel hair spaghetti as directed on the package.
- Serve the sauce over the cooked spaghetti.
