Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash (1 1/2 cups), boiled or steamed, then mashed
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring

Instructions

  1. While the squash is hot, add butter and mix until melted and combined.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes, until almost set in the center.
