Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. white sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. apples, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Mix

  3. 9 ingredients together; add chopped apples, 1/2 cup
  4. flour and
  5. butterscotch chips.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
