Ingredients

  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can flaked coconut
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 bar wax

Instructions

  1. Soften the butter, ensuring it does not melt completely.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, chopped pecans, peanut butter, crushed graham crackers, vanilla, coconut, and softened butter until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a tray.
  4. Melt the butterscotch chips and wax together in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted butterscotch mixture, ensuring they are fully coated, and place back on the tray to set.
