Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crumb crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 (4 serving size) package instant butterscotch flavor pudding mix

Instructions

  1. In a large mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. On low speed, beat in cold water and instant butterscotch pudding mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pastry shell.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with lightly browned toasted coconut.
