Ingredients

  • 2 pie crusts
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white syrup
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Put the butterscotch chips and coconut in the bottom of the two pie crusts.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together by hand.
  3. Pour half of the mixture over the chips and coconut in each crust.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
