Butterscotch Goodies are indulgent, gooey treats featuring flaky rolls with a rich butterscotch and nut topping, perfect for dessert gatherings or cozy family indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen rolls
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) package regular butterscotch pudding pie mix
  • 3/4 stick oleo (butter)
  • cinnamon
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Grease a Bundt or similar cake pan well. Place the frozen rolls inside.
  2. Sprinkle the dry pudding mix over the top of the rolls.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon and nuts over the pudding mix.
  4. In a saucepan, mix brown sugar and oleo (butter) and bring to a boil.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  6. Spread the cooled mixture over the rolls in the pan.
  7. Cover and let stand overnight at room temperature.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  9. The gooey topping settles through the rolls as they rise during baking.
