Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1/4 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 cups crushed pecans

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese.
  2. Add drained crushed pineapple, chopped green pepper, minced onion, seasoned salt, and 1 cup of crushed pecans; mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into two portions.
  4. Form each portion into a ball shape.
  5. Roll each cheese ball in the remaining crushed pecans to coat.
