Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 to 2 onions, sliced
  • 1/2 pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 stick butter or oleo

Instructions

  1. Cut cabbage and boil until tender.
  2. Boil noodles until tender.
  3. In a frying pan, sauté onions in butter until tender.
  4. Add cabbage and noodles to the pan with the onions.
  5. Keep stirring and add more butter if needed to prevent sticking.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
